Today snowboard has allowed the first medals in Parallel Giant Slalom. Ana Surmilina (Russia) is the new olympic champion. On the second place Cecilia Hanhikoski (Finland) and bronze for Maria Kapustkina (Russia). In the men’s challenge, three russians on the podium: Aleksei Kazantsev, Petr Lebedev and Danil Istomin.
